Clinical Supervision

Dr Gallagher has training in leadership, people management, and clinical supervision, including the Transpersonal Model of Supervision. She has supervised psychologists from trainee to principal level across hospital, community, and private services. Her supervisory practice is grounded in systems theory, reflective practice, and formulation, supporting psychologists to integrate neurological, psychological, developmental, and contextual factors in their work. Supervison focuses on:

Group Supervision: Paediatric Cognitive & Neurodevelopmental Assessment

Group supervision focuses on:

  • Developing meaningful, multidisciplinary recommendations

Sessions are offered in person or online. Anonymized case summaries are reviewed to provide specific guidance while fostering reflective practice and shared learning.
